Overview
One journey, all of Kenya’s greatest hits, zero logistics for you to worry about. The Grand Kenya sweeps north for rhinos and the Special Five, west through the Rift Valley lakes to the Masai Mara, south to Amboseli’s elephants beneath Kilimanjaro, and finishes barefoot on the white sand of the Indian Ocean. This is the trip for milestone celebrations, honeymoons and once-in-a-lifetime family adventures.
Day 1 — Arrive Nairobi. Airport welcome, rest, and trip briefing over dinner. Overnight Nairobi.
Day 2 — Nairobi to Ol Pejeta. Equator stop, afternoon rhino-country game drive.
Day 3 — Ol Pejeta. Chimpanzee sanctuary, northern white rhinos, evening lion drive.
Day 4 — Ol Pejeta to Samburu. Riverine game drive on arrival.
Day 5 — Samburu. Full day tracking the Special Five; optional Samburu village visit.
Day 6 — Samburu to Lake Nakuru. Rift Valley drive; afternoon at the lake — rhino sanctuary, flamingos (seasonal), and huge pythons of legend that mostly stay hidden, we promise.
Day 7 — Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara. Arrive for a golden-hour game drive.
Day 8 — Masai Mara. Full day with the big cats; picnic at the Mara River.
Day 9 — Masai Mara. Optional dawn balloon flight; Maasai village; farewell-to-the-Mara drive.
Day 10 — Mara to Amboseli (long scenic day or optional internal flight — ask us). Evening at the swamps. Day 11 — Amboseli to Diani Beach. Dawn Kilimanjaro shot, then fly [Nairobi/Ukunda] to the coast. Toes in the Indian Ocean by sunset.
Day 12 — Diani & departure. Beach morning — snorkeling, dhow cruise or pure rest — then transfer for your flight home. (Extend your beach stay by 2–4 nights; most guests wish they had.)
Cost includes: all park and conservancy fees, safari 4×4 with driver-guide throughout, internal flight [Amboseli/Nairobi–Ukunda], 11 nights accommodation, meals as listed, airport transfers, bottled water, 24/7 support.
