Physical products may be returned within [30] days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a refund of the product price (return shipping paid by the customer unless the item is faulty). Faulty or wrong items: we replace or refund in full, including shipping. Digital products (guides, checklists) are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law.
